It was held on June 20th in Orlando, Florida with 100 participating athletes. In our 14th year we were so pleased that once again you athletes supported the event through all the diet and exercise prep with your family members support (wink, wink, lol). And what would a show be without a terrific audience, judging staff, expeditors, volunteers, and sponsors? Thank you all as we are so proud of what we can do together in a sport that requires such an individual commitment. We aren't through yet though as obviously there are many shows on the schedule that we encourage you to support and would appreciat your participation in my second promotion of each year, which is the NPC Florida State! The 2009 NPC Florida State Championships will be held on Aug. 22, 2009 in Orlando, Florida. So enjoy those cheat meals now and then get ready to shine on stage once more! Deke
