Athlete Weigh In Friday June 18, at the host hotel 5:00-9:00 pm and on Saturday June 19, 8:00 am to 8:30am at Howard Middle School There will be no weigh in after 8:30 am Saturday morning. Bodybuilders must wear posing suit to weight in, All show participant must check in at one of the above weigh ins or height check in for figure, bikini and all suit must be in good taste covering about 50%
of the glute area will be checked during weigh-in.
Athletes Meeting: There will be a mandatory meeting 8:00 am Saturday morning at Howard Middle School.
Posing Music: profanity on music you will be automatically disqualified. Music must be cued on CD for 75 seconds routines.
Music will be collected at the mandatory meeting before pre-judging. |
